REFUNDS AND RETURNS

SECTION 1 – COMPLIANCE WITH FIREARMS LAWS

Masshole Firearms operates in full compliance with all local, state, and Federal laws with respect to the sale of firearms. Please read the following information and familiarize yourself with the necessary steps to ensure your purchase is legal.

SECTION 1a – ILLEGAL PRODUCTS

The customer assumes full responsibility for understanding and following gun laws in the city, county, and state in which they reside and possess their items. If a customer orders a product that is deemed illegal in their city, county, or state, the order will be cancelled, and store credit will be issued.
In addition to specific local law, there are certain persons who cannot legally receive or possess a firearm. These include:

Has been convicted in any court of a crime punishable by imprisonment for a term exceeding 1 year;
Is a fugitive from justice;
Is an unlawful user of or addicted to any controlled substance;
Has been adjudicated as a mental defective or has been committed to a mental institution;
Is an alien illegally or unlawfully in the United States or an alien admitted to the United States under a nonimmigrant visa;
Has been discharged from the Armed Forces under dishonorable conditions;
Having been a citizen of the United States has renounced his or her citizenship;
Is subject to a court order that restrains the person from harassing, stalking, or threatening an intimate partner or child of such intimate partner; or
Has been convicted of a misdemeanor crime of domestic violence
Cannot lawfully receive, possess, ship, or transport a firearm. [18 U.S.C. 922(g) and (n), 27 CFR 478.32].

SECTION 1b – SERIALIZED PARTS CHARGEBACK WARNING

The serialized part is the component that is legally considered to be the firearm in question. If a customer performs a credit card chargeback on an order including a serialized part, and remains in possession of the serialized part, this is legally considered theft of a firearm. THE STOLEN ITEM WILL BE REPORTED TO AUTHORITIES AND AN OFFICIAL REPORT WILL BE FILED WITH THE BUREAU OF ALCOHOL, TOBACCO, FIREARMS AND EXPLOSIVES (ATF).

SECTION 1c – SHIPPING REQUIREMENTS AND RESTRICTIONS

Masshole Firearms will only ship our products to authorized firearms dealers possessing a Federal Firearms License (FFL). We will not ship to individual homes under any circumstances. All licensed dealers purchasing from Masshole Firearms will need to supply a copy of their current FFL.
IT IS A FEDERAL CRIME TO SHIP ANY FIREARM TO A NON-LICENSEE (FFL). Any non-licensee (FFL) is required to have any and all firearms (rifles, pistols, receivers, and other serialized parts) shipped to an FFL. It is the customer’s responsibility to provide us with a Transfer Dealer’s FFL. A copy of the Transfer Dealer’s FFL can be sent to us by email at [email protected].
NO FIREARMS WILL BE SHIPPED UNTIL WE RECEIVE A COPY OF THE FFL TRANSFER DEALER (FOR NON-LICENSED DEALERS). Orders older than thirty (30) business days with no FFL provided will automatically be cancelled with a 25% restocking fee.
SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS
Masshole Firearms will not ship serialized lowers to the state of California.
Masshole Firearms will not ship ANY items to the District of Columbia (Washington D.C.).
Masshole Firearms will not ship ANY serialized items to the state of Massachusetts.
Masshole Firearms will not ship ANY AR or AK Parts or Firearms (Including Receivers) to residents of Connecticut, Chicago, Illinois, Cook County, Illinois, or Deerfield, Illinois.
Illinois: All handguns having a barrel, slide, frame or receiver which is a die casting of zinc alloy or other non-homogeneous metal that melts or deforms at a temperature of less than 800 degrees Fahrenheit are prohibited.
Minnesota: All handguns having a barrel, slide, frame or receiver which is a die casting of zinc alloy or other non-homogeneous metal that melts or deforms at a temperature of less than 1,000 degrees Fahrenheit, of any material having an ultimate tensile strength of less than 55,000 pounds per square inch, and of any powdered metal having a density of less than 7.5 grams per cubic centimeter are prohibited.
Masshole Firearms will not ship ANY AR or AK Firearms (Including Receivers) to residents of Aurora, Highland Park, Deerfield, or Cook County, Illinois.
Masshole Firearms will not ship any handguns to CA that are not on the DOJ roster. This includes Single Shot Exemption conversions.
NO firearms sales to Puerto Rico.
Stripped lower receivers will NOT be shipped to the following states:
• Colorado (Boulder, Denver, Vail)
• Connecticut
• Massachusetts
Complete AR and AK receivers will NOT be shipped to the following states:
• California
• Colorado (Boulder, Denver, Vail)
• Connecticut
• Maryland
• New Jersey
• New York
Non-Compliant AR & AK models will NOT be shipped to the following states:
• California (No “assault weapons” can be shipped.)
• Colorado (Boulder, Denver, Vail)
• Connecticut
• Maryland
• New Jersey
• New York

SECTION 1d – DELIVERY VERIFICATION

An adult signature is required upon receipt of the package outside any apparel orders.

SECTION 2 – ORDER ACCEPTANCE POLICY

Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. Masshole Firearms reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason or to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item for any reason.

SECTION 3 – CREDIT CARDS

We accept the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. There is a surcharge for using your credit card to make purchases. Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number (i.e. the address and phone number your credit card bank has on file for you). Incorrect information will cause a delay in processing your order. Your credit card will be billed upon completion of your order.

SECTION 4 – MONEY ORDERS, CASHIER’S CHECKS, COMPANY CHECKS & PERSONAL CHECKS

We accept money orders, cashier’s checks, personal checks, and company checks in United States currency only. Orders are processed upon receipt of a money order or cashier’s check. For personal and company checks, please allow up to 10 banking days after receipt for clearance of funds before the order is processed. We cannot guarantee the availability of a product by the time funds clear or payment is received. We will charge a $25 fee on all returned checks

SECTION 5 – ORDER SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping Time

Most orders received before 2:00PM will ship the same day, provided the product ordered is in stock. Most orders received after 2:00 PM will ship the next business day. Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday or Sunday, except by prior arrangement.
We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by Masshole Firearms or other parties only as an estimate. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability.

SECTION 6 – OUT OF STOCK PRODUCTS

We will ship your product as it becomes available. Usually, products ship the same day if ordered by 5:00PM, or by the next business day if your order is received after this time and for orders received on Saturday, Sunday or any major holiday. However, there may be times when the product you have ordered is out-of-stock which will delay fulfilling your order. We will keep you informed of any products that you have ordered that are out-of-stock and unavailable for immediate shipment. You may cancel your order at any time prior to shipping.

SECTION 7 – MULTIPLE PRODUCT ORDERS

For a multiple product order, we will make every attempt to ship all products contained in the order at the same time. Products that are unavailable at the time of shipping will be shipped as they become available, unless you inform us otherwise. You will only be charged for products contained in a given shipment, plus any applicable shipping charges. You will only be charged for shipping at the rate quoted to you on your purchase receipt. The entirety of this shipping charge may be applied to the first product(s) shipped on a multiple shipment order.

SECTION 8 – TAXES

Our Store shall automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses within the state of MA. For orders shipped to other states, you are solely responsible for all sales taxes or other taxes.

SECTION 9 – TYPOGRAPHICAL ERRORS

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, Masshole Firearms shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Masshole Firearms shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Masshole Firearms shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price

SECTION 10 – LINKS

This site may contain links to other sites on the Internet that are owned and operated by third parties. You acknowledge that Masshole Firearms is not responsible for the operation of or content located on or through any such site.

Unless otherwise specified, all materials appearing on this site, including the text, site design, logos, graphics, icons, and images, as well as the selection, assembly and arrangement thereof, are the sole property of Masshole Firearms, Copyright © 2021, ALL RIGHTS RESERVED. SECTION 12 – OTHER CONDITIONS
These Conditions will supersede any terms and/or conditions you include with any purchase order, regardless of whether Masshole Firearms signs them or not. We reserve the right to make changes to this site and these Conditions at any time.

REFUNDS AND RETURNS

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

Book with obvious signs of use
CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened.
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

EXCHANGES

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at [email protected] and send your item to: 410 Great Road Suite 9299B Littleton MA 01460.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
