Section 1 – Compliance with Firearms Laws

Masshole Firearms operates in full compliance with all local, state, and Federal laws with respect to the sale of firearms. Please read the following information and familiarize yourself with the necessary steps to ensure your purchase is legal.

Section 1a – Illegal Products

As the customer, you're responsible for knowing and following the gun laws in the city, county, and state where you live and possess your items. If you happen to order a product that isn't legal where you are, no worries — we'll simply cancel that order and issue you a refund.

In addition to specific local law, there are certain persons who cannot legally receive or possess a firearm. These include:

1. Has been convicted in any court of a crime punishable by imprisonment for a term exceeding 1 year
2. Is a fugitive from justice
3. Is an unlawful user of or addicted to any controlled substance
4. Has been adjudicated as a mental defective or has been committed to a mental institution
5. Is an alien illegally or unlawfully in the United States or an alien admitted to the United States under a nonimmigrant visa
6. Has been discharged from the Armed Forces under dishonorable conditions
7. Having been a citizen of the United States has renounced his or her citizenship
8. Is subject to a court order that restrains the person from harassing, stalking, or threatening an intimate partner or child of such intimate partner
9. Has been convicted of a misdemeanor crime of domestic violence
10. Cannot lawfully receive, possess, ship, or transport a firearm [18 U.S.C. 922(g) and (n), 27 CFR 478.32]

Section 1b – Serialized Parts Chargeback Warning

The serialized part is the component that is legally considered to be the firearm in question. If a customer performs a credit card chargeback on an order including a serialized part, and remains in possession of the serialized part, this is legally considered theft of a firearm.

Section 1c – Shipping Requirements and Restrictions

Masshole Firearms will only ship our products to authorized firearms dealers possessing a Federal Firearms License (FFL). We will not ship to individual homes under any circumstances. All licensed dealers purchasing from Masshole Firearms will need to supply a copy of their current FFL.

It is the customer's responsibility to provide us with a Transfer Dealer's FFL. A copy of the Transfer Dealer's FFL can be sent to us by email at matt@massholefirearms.com.

To keep things moving, please send your transfer dealer's FFL within thirty (30) business days. If we still don't have it after that window, the order is automatically cancelled and refunded, minus a minimum 25% restocking fee.

Shipping Restrictions

• Will not ship serialized lowers to California
• Will not ship ANY items to Washington D.C.
• Will not ship ANY serialized items to Massachusetts
• Will not ship ANY AR or AK Parts or Firearms (Including Receivers) to Connecticut, Chicago, Cook County, or Deerfield, Illinois
• Will not ship any handguns to CA that are not on the DOJ roster
• NO firearms sales to Puerto Rico

Section 1d – Delivery Verification

An adult signature is required upon receipt of the package outside any apparel orders.

Section 2 – Order Acceptance Policy

Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. Masshole Firearms reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason or to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item for any reason.

Section 3 – Credit Cards

We accept the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. There is a surcharge for using your credit card to make purchases. Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number (i.e. the address and phone number your credit card bank has on file for you). Incorrect information will cause a delay in processing your order. Your credit card will be billed upon completion of your order.

Section 4 – Money Orders, Cashier's Checks, Company Checks & Personal Checks

We accept money orders, cashier's checks, personal checks, and company checks in United States currency only. Orders are processed upon receipt of a money order or cashier's check. For personal and company checks, please allow up to 10 banking days after receipt for clearance of funds before the order is processed. We cannot guarantee the availability of a product by the time funds clear or payment is received. We will charge a $25 fee on all returned checks.

Section 5 – Order Shipping Policy

Most orders received before 2:00PM will ship the same day, provided the product ordered is in stock. Most orders received after 2:00 PM will ship the next business day. Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday or Sunday, except by prior arrangement.

We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by Masshole Firearms or other parties only as an estimate. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability.

Section 6 – Out of Stock Products

We will ship your product as it becomes available. Usually, products ship the same day if ordered by 5:00PM, or by the next business day if your order is received after this time and for orders received on Saturday, Sunday or any major holiday. However, there may be times when the product you have ordered is out-of-stock which will delay fulfilling your order. We will keep you informed of any products that you have ordered that are out-of-stock and unavailable for immediate shipment. You may cancel your order at any time prior to shipping.

Section 7 – Multiple Product Orders

For a multiple product order, we will make every attempt to ship all products contained in the order at the same time. Products that are unavailable at the time of shipping will be shipped as they become available, unless you inform us otherwise. You will only be charged for products contained in a given shipment, plus any applicable shipping charges.

Section 8 – Taxes

Our Store shall automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses within the state of MA. For orders shipped to other states, you are solely responsible for all sales taxes or other taxes.

Section 9 – Typographical Errors

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, Masshole Firearms shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Masshole Firearms shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@massholefirearms.com.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
